We all know that food is life, especially in the fall during the holidays! Here are the fall food staples:
The pumpkin spice latte, pumpkin pie, pumpkin seeds, there is so much you can do with you can do with this amazing squash plant. Thank you to Starbucks and all who thought up pumpkin spice drinks, but a healthier option would be to puree it and make it into an amazing soup.
An apple a day keeps the doctor away. Whats not to love? You can make them sweet and savory, grill’em or bake’em, much like the pumpkin, theres so much you could do with apples!
I love sweet potatoes. They’re the best fried in a chicken sandwich, its prime. They’re so much more versatile than regular potatoes. They can be as sweet as you want and savory too.
Brussel sprouts are the absolute bomb. I have to give a great big thanks to my friend for persuading me into trying them. They’re the best baked with oil and garlic. For all that hate brussel sprouts, I promise you that if you try them, you won’t be sorry.
//Cocoa + Coffee
Baby its colddd outsideee! Bring out the hot coffee and cocoa, sit by the fire or in bed, and watch a movie/listen to some music. Hot drinks always make the cold a little bit better.
