If I could travel to any place in the world right now, it would have to be Bali. It’s not only home of beautiful people, culture, and history, it’s also one of the most beautiful places in the world. It’s the (is)land of color, temples, elephants, and clear blue waters. How can you resist that?
Based on various Pinterest pins here are the top things to do in Bali:
  1. Check out Kuta, the largest tourist resort on the island. Kuta was first known as the surfing paradise, but as Bali’s popularity grew so did Kuta. If you’re not a surfer, theres yoga, meditation, spas, shopping malls, and gorgeous hotels that cater to your every need.
  2. Discover the hidden beaches. Everyone knows that Bali is best known for their beaches. That’s why tourist travel all the way to this island. Whether you’re looking for black volcanic beaches of the west or the soft white sand beaches in the south, there are beaches for each and every tourist. Check out the not so popular beaches that are just as beautiful: Perasi Beach (Pasir Putih), Balangan, Green Bowl, Amed Beach, Dream Beach, Karma Beach, Finn’s Beach, Balian, Dreamland Beach, and Padang Padang.
  3. Ride an elephant. Why would you know wanna do that?! There are tons of ways to ride an elephant in Bali, you can plan to stay at the Elephant Safari Lodge or just make an appointment at the Bali Adventure Tour.
  4. Check out some temples. Beaches aren’t the only thing Bali is known for, religion is also a large part in Balinese culture. So take a trip to Pura Lempuyang or the Mother Temple, otherwise known as Pura Besakih.

There so much you can do, so much to see, and so much to learn when you travel the world. I can’t wait to do the same.
