Now that summer is about to end and our stress-free days are coming to an end, here are some tips on how to destress on those rough and tough days.
Lists. Lists. Lists.
When there is too much on your plate and you have no idea where to start, the best thing to do is to write a list. Once its all written down, everything is a little bit more organized. After its all written down you don’t need to worry about forgetting anything, you’ll just cross out the next thing you finish.
Sometimes the best thing to do when you’re feeling the heat is to take some time to be on your own. Do something you like, something relaxing, to get your mind off everything else.
Find a Quiet Space
In order to destress, you need to find a comfortable space, away from distractions to help you keep calm. That can be your room, a friends house, the beach, or even the mall. Its also important to have a place where you can concentrate on your work. So find that place, make it your own, put on some music and get in the zone!
Ask For Help
Sometimes you have way too much on your hands and you know that there’s no way you’re going to get it all done on time. Its totally fine to ask for help, whether its your closest friend or your parents. Its always good to have someone to count on when you need a helping hand.
