Lets Wake Up Happy

I’m one of those people that love their beauty rest, but when its time to wake up I have to push myself to get out of bed and start the day. For the many of you that have the same struggle as me, here are some tips that will hopefully help you jump out of bed!

  1. Go to bed early…or at least try to go to bed at a reasonable time. Beauty sleep is important to everyone and if you want it then the best thing to do is get some shut eye! You don’t want dark circles or bags under your eyes do you?
  2. Be positive. Sometimes you wake up on the wrong side of the bed, but instead of being grumpy and grouchy, try to think positive. The day is a little brighter when you think of the good stuff that might come your way.
  3. Today can be an amazing day, but only if make it one! Take control of the day you were given. Instead of waiting for the day to start, you gotta start the day! Go out for a run, make yourself/your family an amazing breakfast, make plans with friends, ect.
